Instructor Patrick Cassidy 6th degree black belt in Aikido, has had more than 50 training in various martial arts from Judo, Chen Hsin and Aikido. He is the director of the Conscious Practice Institute and leads Conflict Resolution programs in psychiatric hospitals throughout the Swiss Romande.
