Meditation

Meditation is coming into contact with our inherent awareness. By deeply relaxing and becoming conscious of our perception of the moment, students can begin to explore the awareness that is always present. By resting within this, it is possible to discover a natural state of being, free from the definitions of personal history, limited self image, and future projection. With this discovery, students may gain a new perspective on their relationship with Life and themselves, a relationship that is free from resentment, fear, and aggression. This new persective is at the center of the practice of the Arts of Aikido, Yoga, and Tea Ceremony here at Aikido Montreux.
